In 1996 the company went out of business but then later that same year re-organized under the name of GRAPHICS INTERNATIONAL. Although the name changed, many of the same products were still offered including new feeders/conveyors, parts for SANDCO feeders/conveyors and perforating strips under the brand name "Offset Strips".

Finally, in July 1999, Thompson Mfg Co. bought GRAPHICS INTERNATIONAL and the same product lines are still available to this date.
